Ravioli in homemade sauce

Try ravioli at home, with all easily available  ingredients at home.

Ingredients

For dough-
3 cups maida
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp milk
Flour for dusting

For filling-
2 cheese cube grated
100 gm paneer grated
3 Cheese Italian Blend
1 eggs beaten
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper

For sauce-
1 large onion chopped
1 & 1/2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves chopped
2 big tomatoes grated
1 green chilli chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp schezwan sauce

In a mixing bowl Add in the 3-cheese blend, cheese, paneer, egg, salt, and pepper.
Mix all ingredients until you have a paste like consistency. Cover it & place in the refrigerator for  30 min.
Crack eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Add milk, oil, and salt. Mix it again.
Add some flour to the bowl mix the flour with liquid. repeat it with the rest of the flour. Make a smooth dough. On a large work surface , dust it with flour. Now roll the dough.
Knead until it becomes elastic.
Roll out the dough until it is about 1/3 cm. thick.
With a water glass, cut out circles in the dough. Take out the ravioli filling & place a tablespoon of it in middle of a dough.
Fold the dough in half over the filling to make a half-moon shape or place one circle on it to make a full moon shape. Be sure that all the filling stays inside. Pinch the edges together and then seal the edges of the ravioli with a fork.
Dust the ravioli with some flour to keep them from sticking together.
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Place the ravioli in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until they float.

Heat oil in a pan, Add garlic, onion, chilli saute for a min. Now add tomato, salt 2 tbsp water & pepper . Cook it for 10 min on medium. Add schezwan sauce stir it. Now add ravioli mix all together.
Top with some fresh cheese over it. Enjoy.

Filling can be changed, you can add chicken, veggies or mushrooms.
