Ingredients
4 Boiled potato crushed
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp deshi ghi
2 green chilli chopped
salt as per ur taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Method ...
Heat ghee in a deep pan add cumin seeds & Asafoetida stir.Now add potato & fry well.....Add all species & salt mix well, add sufficient water to make a thick gravy,bring it to boil. Now cook for 5 min on low flame sprinkle coriander leaves.....serve with paratha , puri, Khasta or Kachories.......
