Eggless Orange Cookies.....yummy

these are easy & delicious orange cookies ... the cookies has to be baked in the convection mode in the microwave .

Ingredients

Maida - 1 . 1/2 cup

Butter - 1/2 cup

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup 

Baking powder -1 tsp

Orange color a pinch of  

Orange juice - 2 tbsp

Milk - 2 tbsp or as required

Butter for greasing

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk to get a soft dough.

Rest the dough for 10 mins and then cut out your desire shape.

Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Grease a tray,

Depending on the crispiness, bake for 10 mins or till the cookies are golden brown in color at 160 C. 

Cool completely on a wire rack and store in an airtight container...... :-)

 You can always take a risk at opening it in interval to check is it done or not.
