Tomato paratha for kids Lunch-box or for a quick & complete Breakfast.....
Take a bowl & add all the above ingredients and knead to smooth dough.
Cover and let it rest for 20 min.
Divide the dough in to small equal balls. using a well floured surface roll the ball.
Toast the paratha on both sides with some oil on the tawa.
Soft n delicious paratha ready.Serve with any pickle or curd.
Ingredients
2 Big tomato puree
1/2 Cup whole wheat atta
1/4 Cup besan
1/4 Cup maida
1/4 Tsp ajwain
2 Chilli chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp garam masal powder
1 Tsp oil
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 Tsp cumin seeds
1 Potato boiled & mashed (this you can skip)
