Pressure cooker Cake...........with fresh fruit decoration ..........

Enjoy summer with this lovely & delicious cake.....


1 cup Maida
 1 cup oil 
1/2 cup Sugar Powder 
 2 egg
4 tsp Chocolate powder 
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda 

1/4 tsp Salt 
1 tsp Vanilla

Take Maida to prepare batter. Sift it and add Salt, Baking powder to it... In a separate bowl make a mixture by whisking oil and Sugar in one direction. Also add EGG and Chocolate powder once the sugar gets dissolved into the butter.Keep on pouring the Maida mixture into the batter and whisk it for 2-3 minutes Add vanilla , remove all the lumps from the batter. Whisk the batter in one direction only.............Grease the baking dish to be used to bake the Cake. Grease it from all the corners with Butter. Now sprinkle 1 tea spoon Maida into the baking dish and spread it evenly in all the corners making a thin layer...While making Cake in the Cooker, the base of the Cooker and the baking dish should not come in contact so place a rack. Else the Cake might get burned from the base..Keep the Cooker on high flame for 2 minutes to preheat it..Pour the Cake batter into the greased baking dish and place it inside the preheated Cooker. Close the lid of the Cooker, without putting the whistle. Bake it for 40 minutes.Open the lid, and test the Cake with a knife. If the knife comes out clean, then your Cake is completely baked.........
