Rice Cake....Goodness of rice with yummy taste

Made with the goodness of rice & baked to perfection.....


1.1/4 Cup rice flour 
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Stick butter
2 Eggs
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
1/4 Tsp red food coloring
1 Tbsp milk

Preheat oven & coat a round cake pan. In a large bowl Mix sugar with butter till light & fluffy. Now add egg one at a time & whisk add vanilla essence & beat it add food coloring mix well . Add flour & baking powder & mix well. Add milk & beat again. Pour it into pan & bake for 35 to 40 min or till knife comes clean on 180. C. Let it cool for few min. Your rice cake is ready.

Enjoy it with chocolate sauce.
