4 min. Microwave dhokla, jhat-pat illag for a khatti- meethee bhookh......
1 Cup Chana flour
2 tbsp Grated coconut
1/4 Cup thick curd
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ginger & chilli paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
ENO 1 pouch
20 Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp oil
A pinch Asafetida
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 Green chilli cut lengthwise
Take a chana flour, addsalt, ginger & chilli paste, asafetida, curd, grated coconut, 1 tsp sugar,1 tbsp lemon juice, turmeric, red chilli powder and oil make a batter using some water,Not so thick, not too runny.
Grease a Microwave plastic medium size bowl,
Add ENO in batter mix with light hand in 2-3 seconds.Pour it in microwave bowl.
Microwave it for 4 min. take the knife test.If not done microwave it for 20 second more.
For seasoning on Dhokla, heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, Curry leaves, green chilli, stir add 1 cup water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Cut them into pieces & serve. You can skip coconut.
