Oats Laddu.

A sweet  way to be healthy.








Ingredients

2 cup oats
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup ghee
1 tbsp besan
1 tsp water
pinch of saffron color




Roast Oats first.



Grind the oats.
Mix color in 1 tsp water & mix it with sugar. Now grind the sugar. 
You will get the yellow color sugar powder.
Heat ghee in a deep karahi, Add cardamom stir & add besan now roast besan well.
Add oats, mix well. In center add half cup ghee.




Mix well & turn off the gas.
Let it cool a bit. Add rest of the ghee & sugar, mix well & bind the laddu.
